Our wedding is black-tie optional. Please wear your best tuxedo, dark suit or evening gown.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm, but we recommend guests arrive 15-30 minutes early to have ample time for parking and walking to the chapel.

We kindly ask that guests coordinate their own transportation to and from the ceremony and reception. Parking or valet is available at both venues, and Uber/Lyft is readily available in Fort Worth. Please note that valet at the reception venue is $15/car, and cars cannot be left overnight unless you have a room booked at the hotel.

Two parking lots are available to wedding party and guests. A small lot located behind Beasley Hall offers limited parking and accessible spaces. To access this lot, you will turn onto Princeton Ave off of University Dr. If spaces in that lot are filled, a larger lot is available at the corner of Parmer Avenue and W. Lowden Street by the TCU Music Center. Guests who may have difficulty walking may be dropped off on Princeton Street where an accessible ramp into the chapel is available. Please use flashers when temporarily parking and helping a guest into the chapel. There are more spaces than the number of people the chapel holds; therefore, there is always enough parking. Signage will be available to guide guests from both parking lots to Robert Carr Chapel.

Valet parking is available at Bowie House for wedding guests for $15 per car. The hotel kindly asks that you do not utilize the CVS parking lot next door or the neighborhood streets for hotel parking.

While we love your little ones, our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults only.
